This model of a Royal Navy sea plane tender was armed with a 3pdr.Q.F.gun and was transported over land in Africa to lake Tanganyika, where she and her sister Tou Tou attacked a German gun boat soon after the start of WW1.
The model was static but had working engines and working parts on the deck gun.
